Community Reminders

  • Street parking is not permitted unless garage space and driveway areas are full.  Any overnight street parking is limited to parking along your property and cross-parking is prohibited.

  • All exterior architectural changes including any style or color changes to door, shutter, siding, stain, etc, fencing, in-ground pools, patios, covered porches, sunrooms, etc. and must be approved by the Architectural Review Committee PRIOR to beginning a project.  The ARC has up to 20 days once all required information is received to render a decision, and is not responsible for any deposits or purchases made prior to approval. Projects begging prior to or without approval will be considered in violation of the Covenants & Restrictions and subject to the mitigation outlined within. Please complete and submit the online ARC Online Application and follow with submitting your design plans and materials to hvvista.arc@gmail.com.
